Authentication says card customized, what does that mean?
When authentication says a card is "customized," especially for sports cards, it means the authenticator (like eBay) can’t guarantee the added elements—like patches, relics, or aftermarket autographs—are legitimate or as described, even if the base card is real; they can't verify the player material or signature, so it's flagged as altered from its original pack-pulled state, meaning it's authentic but not fully guaranteed.
